OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Spare yourself the headache, heartache and rip off… DO NOT use this company. Not only do they lack customer service, they lack the holiday spirit BIG TIME. Can’t believe they are even allowed to still do business after advertising a false product, insulting and harassing customers... 

After the gut-wrenching year of 2020, we wanted to bring joy to our home and no better way to do it than at Christmas. We contacted David the owner of Christmas Decor to decorate a Christmas tree for the foyer. David provided pictures of other trees and our family chose the one we liked best and paid him to create it (as well as construct the tree and take it down) — for a total fee of $2,800. 

We were excited to meet David on the day of the install, but he didn’t show. Instead he sent “designers” with ornaments that did not look anything like the ones selected. To make matters worse, the ornaments were scratched, broken, and improperly wired causing a safety hazard. Point blank: it was NOT the tree that was agreed upon or paid for. And the quality was HORRIBLE. 

We contacted David immediately. He promised to come back to redo the tree to look as originally planned. Instead, he once again sent “designers” who showed up two hours late and were confused, lacking direction and unhelpful. 

At this point, we contacted David and asked him to remove the tree. But rather than assist, he became very hostile and responded with many rude and unprofessional texts, refusing to take down the tree or refund the money. After talking to more people in FLL I keep hearing horror stories about David and this company… wish I would’ve known from the beginning. STAY AWAY!!!
